DFE, DFR, ADE, ADR, AFR air- dryers flow-Rate from 850l/min to 60.500l/min.
QFI, PFI, HFI, CFI filters.
QFI: prefilter to remove particles up to 20 microns. Usually installed
at the entry of dryer.
PFI: filter able to keep particles larger than 1 micron, liquids and oil
included. to be installed at the outlet of dryer or after a QFI prefilter.
HFI: Oil removing filter able to keep particles and oil matter up to 0.01
micron.
Oil residual 0.01 mg/m3.
Able to protect sophisticated devices. it must be installed after a PFI
filter
CFI: Activated carbon filter. it clears completely the air from particles
residual oil and vapours it must be installed after HFI and PFI.
Residual oil < 0,003mg/m3.
Used in: pharmaceutical industries, food industries, cosmetics.
